Was so glad we discovered this place! Was having major issues with my IPad and two other places were unable to resolve these issues. Within a day my IPad was working properly and none of my information, pictures, etc were deleted. I was told by two other computer "experts" that it was a good possibility that a majority of my information would be deleted if they attempted to fix it. The staff are so knowledgeable and professional and the prices are the most reasonable around.
