Before and after pictures of an HP Envy 17-by0011ds laptop we had to repair today. Because of HP’s design flaw and over-tightened hinges at factory, the hinges on this laptop had to be repaired and loosened slightly so this wouldn’t happen again. Worst design ever. This happens to a great deal of HP Envy laptops.
